Impedimento presentado por la magistrada Natalia Ángel Cabo para decidir la apertura de incidente de desacato de la Sentencia T-007/22.

El argumento que presentó la toda fue la relación laboral que sostuvo por más de 20 años, y que aún mantiene, con la Universidad de Los Andes, una de las partes accionadas dentro del proceso bajo revisión.

Teniendo en cuenta que mediante Auto 692/22 la Sala Séptima de Revisión rechazó la solicitud de apertura de incidente de desacato, al encontrarla improcedente y que dicho proveído no fue suscrito por la doctora Ángel porque el día se la sesión se encontraba ausente con permiso, se decidió RECHAZAR el impedimento formulado en esta oportunidad, por presentarse una sustracción de materia.
